I started my treatment at Xenith around a year back. The first time I spoke with Dr. Mamta she explained us all the details of the IVF procedure. She was very warm and considerate towards our situation. We had been through 4 IUIs and 2 miscarriages in the past. And I was not even in favour of doing IVF. But speaking to Dr. Mamta assured me that we can try this step as well. Once Dr. Mamta explained us the overall procedure, Dr. Pallavi took us through all the steps even in further detail so that there is absolutely no confusion. They were also very transparent about the finances that this will need. There was no hanky panky business. The trust came naturally with their transparent and empathetic approach. The best part was Dr. Pallavi was always available whenever I had any doubts. Many a time you feel bad about disturbing doctors due to their hectic schedule, but Dr. Pallavi never made us feel that way. She was always there to help with a smile. Also, the way she explained things made it look achievable. I am extremely happy with the care and support shown by all the doctors in Xenith.
